About the activity
Near Santiago de Compostela, a 12th‑century monastery opens its gardens to volunteers. You'll spend a day planting, weeding, and harvesting vegetables and herbs used in the monastery's kitchen. The work is followed by a simple vegetarian lunch and a guided tour of the cloisters. A peaceful rural immersion.
